Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon better than bouillon (roasted chicken base)
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 3/4 cup frozen corn
- 1 1/4 cups milk, divided
- 1/4 cup flour
How To Make potato chowder (jean's)

Step 1Prepare your Ingredients

Step 2Boil 2 cups water, in saucepan. Then add bouillon and simmer for a few minutes.

Step 3Add diced potatoes and diced onions. Let simmer for about ten minutes until potatoes are tender.

Step 4Now add the corn and ham. Let cook for about 5 minutes.

Step 5Put flour and 1/4 cup milk in small bowl and combine. Add this to the ingredients in the pan.

Step 6Stir in the rest of the milk and let thicken for about 5 minutes.
