Years ago when I was heavy and was on Weight Watchers, this soup was a life saver, if you where still hunger after eating you could eat this soup and as much as you wanted as its was considered a free food on the program in those days.

- 1 large head of cabbage chopped
- 3 large onions chopped
- 3 - celery stalks chopped
- 2 large green peppers chopped
- 2 cans tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid

Step 1Place all ingredients in a large stock pot and cover with water.

Step 2Bring to a boil and then simmer until vegetables are tender.
