1Put your crock pot on low & put your spices on bottom ( seasoning to your liking) then add your meat and then add a little more seasoning on top of meat then add tomatoe juice making sure you add the whole can and then put lid on and let cook over night.
2Take out meat and put on plate to let cool & while its cooling add your veggies to the crock pot in your juice.(you may want to add more seaning)depending on your taste.Stir really well.
3then start pulling your meat apart and adding to juice in the pot. stir often when adding your meat let it cook for 4-6 hrs until veggies are done.
