A great weight loss soup to just a great soup.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cabbage
  • 1/4 pound super lean hamburger meat
  • 1/2 slice turnip
  • 1 - carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower, small florets
  • 2 small potato
  • 3-4 - bouillon cubes beef or chicken
  • - water
  • 4 pinches ground black pepper

How To Make my husbands created cabbage soup

  • Step 1
    1.Brown hamburger. Don't need to drain, if you use super lean, cause there is no grease.
  • Step 2
    In sauce pan add hamburger & all ingredients, add enough water just to cover top of ingrediants.
  • Step 3
    Cover and cook on med heat. Donot let your soup get mushy.
  • Step 4
    I've tried the cheapest meat, way to much fat & grease, even when you drain it..makes soup taste greasy.
  • Step 5
    Dont use cheap meat
