- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 2 - carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1 - tomato sliced or canned and diced
- 2 - celery stalks , chopped
- 1/2 cup barley, uncooked
- 2 cups water
- 3 cups canned chicken broth
How To Make mushroom barley soup

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer the soup for 1 hour.
