- mushrooms, sliced
- carrots, peeled and shredded
- tomato sliced or canned and diced
- celery stalks , chopped
- 1/2 c
- barley, uncooked
- 2 c
- 3 c
- canned chicken broth
How to Make Mushroom Barley Soup
- 1Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer the soup for 1 hour.
- 2Wonderful with buttered hard rolls.
