Ingredients
- 6 - potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 - onions, chopped
- 1 or 2 - carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1 - celery stalk
- 4 - chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 5 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt (use less if you want to)
- - pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 large can of evaporated milk
How To Make madeline's potato soup

Step 1Cook vegetables in water until tender. Mash coarsely.

Step 2Add rest of ingredients. Heat slowly.
