Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger chopped
- 1/2 cup french beans chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup cabbage chopped
- 1/2 cup mushroom slices
- 1 teaspoon green chili paste
- 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 2 teaspoons dark soya sauce
- 2 teaspoons red chilly sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons corn flour
- 3 teaspoons chopped spring onions
How To Make hot and sour soup

Step 1Saute ginger and garlic till light brown. Add the chopped vegetables and saute in high flame. pour water and simmer the vegetables.

Step 2Add red chilly sauce, dark soya sauce, vinegar, Chilli paste and mushrooms. Add salt and white pepper powder and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 3Make a slurry with corn flour mixing with half cup water. Pour the slurry and simmer the soup till thicken. Sprinkle some chopped spring onions and remove the soup to serve hot
