Ingredients

2 qtfresh frozen chopped tomatoes

1/2 Tbspseasoned salt

1/2 tspgarlic salt

2bay leaves, dried
-
severalgrinds fresh ground pepper[to taste]

2 1/2 c1% milk
How to Make Homemade Cream of Tomato Soup
- put tomatoes and spices in med size soup pot turn on high to bring to a boil once boilin turn to low simmer and cook bout an hour now remove bay leaves
- now put tomatoes in food processor and mix til smooth[i did 2 batches] return to soup pot bring back to boil now add milk heat til it bout boils.... taste add more salt and pepper if needed[mine didn't]
- i served this with cheese crackers yummy!!!
