Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    fresh botton mushrooms
  • 1 tsp
    jarred minced garlic
  • 1/2 stick
    margarine
  • 1 pt
    milk
  • 1 pt
    heavy cream
  • ·
    salt and pepper,to taste

How to Make homemade cream of mushroom soup

Step-by-Step

  1. take damp paper towel and whip mushroom cut in 1/4's put in food processor grind til size u want in yur soup [i leave a few pieces bigger and get some real small]
  2. in soup pot but margarine melt then add mushrooms and garlic cook til mushrooms start to release liquid
  3. than add milk and cream heat jus to boil[DO NOT BOIL] check for salt and pepper serve and enjoy!!!!
