Ingredients
- 8 ounces fresh botton mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 pint milk
- 1 pint heavy cream
- - salt and pepper,to taste
How To Make homemade cream of mushroom soup

Step 1take damp paper towel and whip mushroom cut in 1/4's put in food processor grind til size u want in yur soup [i leave a few pieces bigger and get some real small]

Step 2in soup pot but margarine melt then add mushrooms and garlic cook til mushrooms start to release liquid

Step 3than add milk and cream heat jus to boil[DO NOT BOIL] check for salt and pepper serve and enjoy!!!!
