this is my fav of fav soups i lov mushrooms any way ya can fix them

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fresh botton mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 pint milk
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • - salt and pepper,to taste

How To Make homemade cream of mushroom soup

  • Step 1
    take damp paper towel and whip mushroom cut in 1/4's put in food processor grind til size u want in yur soup [i leave a few pieces bigger and get some real small]
  • Step 2
    in soup pot but margarine melt then add mushrooms and garlic cook til mushrooms start to release liquid
  • Step 3
    than add milk and cream heat jus to boil[DO NOT BOIL] check for salt and pepper serve and enjoy!!!!
