Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds sweet, italian turkey sausage
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 large diced onion
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup sliced carrot
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
- 2 medium zucchini sliced
- 1 large can chopped tomatoes
- 3 - boullion cubes, beef flavored dissolved in 1 1/2 cup of water
- 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can great northern beans, drained
- 1 package small, fussili pasta

Step 1Fry sausage in skilet in canoa oil until nicely browned Add onion and garlic and cook until translucent Mix with all other ingredients in a large pot and simmer until done pasta and veggies are tender Serve with crusty garlic french bread
