Stephanie Lange's garlic onion soup recipe from her YouTube channel. I used the amounts she used in her video (as indicated by **) and since she very rarely uses measurements, unless specified, all other measurements are "to taste" :)

- 3** - garlic, whole
- 2** - yellow onions, chopped
- - apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable broth, powder
- - nutritional yeast
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- - soy sauce
- 4 cups water
How To Make garlic onion soup

Step 1Cut tops off garlic & peel outer layer. Drizzle with oil (add salt & pepper if desired) and wrap in foil. Bake at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile, sautee onion in large sauce pan on low heat, until browned & soft (about 30 minutes).

Step 3Add ACV, vegetable broth powder and yeast. Mix well.

Step 4Add coconut milk, stirring until smooth. Add soy sauce and water. Increase heat to medium.

Step 5Peel & chop garlic. Add to pot and stir. Serve.
