How to Make Garden Vegetable Soup
1Spray a large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray, heat.
2Saute' the carrot, onion, and garlic clove over low heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
3Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano, and salt; bring to a boil.
4Reduce heat; simmer, covered about 15 minutes or until beans are tender.
5Stir in zucchini and heat 3-4 minutes.
