Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage cored and chopped bite size
- 5 large boiling potates quartered and cleaned
- 5 large turnips cleaned peeled quartered
- 1 stick butter
- - salt and pepper
- 11/2 cups half and half milk
- 2 cloves garlic minced
How To Make french cabbage soup

Step 1in a lrg pot, place your cabbage, potatoes, turnips. cover them with water to a 1/2 inch above the vegtables. add your butter, salt and peper and garlic.

Step 2cook to boiling then turn down to a simmer. cook till vegtables are tender about 45 min to simmer. when vegtables are tender add your half and half and simmer 10 min more serve hot with crackers of choice
