Ingredients
- 1 - cup dry lentils
- 5 - cups beef broth
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup frozen sliced carrots.
- 1/2 cup chopped onion.
- 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed sage
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 pound fully-cooked, turkey kielbasa, sliced diagonally
How To Make filling lentil soup

Step 1Rinse & drain lentils. In lg pot combine lentils, broth, green bell pepper, carrots, onion, sage, ground red pepper, and garlic. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered 30 min, or until lentils are tender. Stir in kielbasa, heat through.
