Ingredients
- cup chopped onion
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 - 14-1/2 oz cans chicken broth
- 1 - 16 oz jar marinara sauce
- 1 - 15 oz can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 small bag frozen, sliced zucchini
- 1 - 10 oz bag fozen italian veggies
- 1 cup dried ditalini pasta
- - parmesan cheese to taste
How To Make fast and easy minestrone soup

Step 1In lg pot, cook onion and garlic in oil over medium heat for 3 mins.

Step 2Add broth, marinara sauce, kidney beans, frozen zucchini, and frozen veggies.

Step 3Bring to a boil, add pasta. Cook, covered 10 min, or until pasta is done. Stir occasionally. Serve w/ parmesan cheese.
