September is grandparents month, I's not a grandmother but i am an aunt/g-aunt so sat back and get ready for fall cooking!! To me every cook should have a crock pot or two.

Ingredients
- 6 cups potatoes, peeled, diced, cooked
- 5 cups water
- 2 cups onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced (optional)
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced (optional)
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 4 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 12 ounces can evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons parsley, fresh chopped
- 8 ounces cheddar or colby cheese, shredded
How To Make easy potato soup

Step 1combine all ingreds., except milk, parsley, and cheese in slow cooker.

Step 2cover, cook on high 7-8 hrs, til veggies are tender. stir in milk and parsley. stir in cheese til it melts-heat thoroughly.

Step 3when i get ready to serve this i top each bowl with crunmled bacon and serve with garlic biscuits.
