Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen vegetables
- 32 ounces organic chicken broth
- 1 package french onion soup mix
- 1 can stewed tomatoes 28 oz.
- 2 teaspoons salt, kosher type
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons greek oregano
- 1/2 pound kielbasa links, sliced thin in chunks
- 1 1/3 cups arborio rice

Step 1Defrost vegetables in microwave.

Step 2Place all ingredients into a slow cooker.

Step 3Cook on high for 2 hrs. Turn down heat to low and cook for another 6 hrs. Add a cup of water into pot one hour before serving if you don't like a thicker soup.
