1Peel apple and sweet potato, chop with carrots in a food processor. Mix in medium size saucepan with the chicken broth. Add the rest of ingredients except evaporated milk and agave nectar. Bring to a boil and simmer until vegetables are tender.
2Blend in pan with immersion blender or puree in batches in blender. Add agave nectar and evaporated milk and heat until almost simmering. Can thicken with 1-2 TBS instant mashed potato flakes if necessary.
3Adjust seasonings to taste. The seasoning measurements are approximate, I just shake and taste as I go. Enjoy.
