broccoli (can use a frozen bag also just boil before adding)

whole milk
2 stick
butter

flour

How To Make cream of broccoli soup

Boil broccoli until tender, if using fresh be sure to chop it up into pieces.

Melt butter and add flour stirring together to thicken, add broth and bring to boil.

Add milk, salt, and broccoli. Bring to boil , then simmer. I add some velveeta cheese also for added flavor. This can be put in a crock pot on low also.
