Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli (can use a frozen bag also just boil before adding)
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can chicken broth 46oz.
How To Make cream of broccoli soup

Step 1Boil broccoli until tender, if using fresh be sure to chop it up into pieces.

Step 2Melt butter and add flour stirring together to thicken, add broth and bring to boil.

Step 3Add milk, salt, and broccoli. Bring to boil , then simmer. I add some velveeta cheese also for added flavor. This can be put in a crock pot on low also.
