- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
- 1 cup milk

How To Make classic cream soup

Step 1Melt butter and sauté one tbsp. of onion in it for 5 minutes. Blend in flour, salt and pepper; stir in the milk slowly and then the stock.

Step 2Bring to boiling. Add the rest of the vegetables and cook until vegetables are soft. Puree in a blender. Garnish with parsley before serving.
