Classic Cream Soup
3 ccooked(your choice)leftover vegetables, minced
1 Tbsponions, minced
·salt and pepper
1 cstock (your choice) or vegetable soup
1 1/2 tspflour
How to Make Classic Cream Soup
- Melt butter and sauté one tbsp. of onion in it for 5 minutes. Blend in flour, salt and pepper; stir in the milk slowly and then the stock.
- Bring to boiling. Add the rest of the vegetables and cook until vegetables are soft. Puree in a blender. Garnish with parsley before serving.
