Ingredients

  • 1 can campbells tomato bisque
  • 1 can campbells tomato and rice
  • 5 - leaves spinach, fresh
  • 7 - leaves basil, fresh
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 cans water
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 pinches sea salt
  • - pepper jack, shredded

How To Make cindy sue's basil, garlic and rice tomato bisque

  • Step 1
    Take garlic, basil and spinach and put in food processor and mix till everything is finely chopped.
  • Step 2
    Put everything (except cheese) in a sauce pan and cook until heated through.
  • Step 3
    Top with Shredded Pepper Jack. Serve
