Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 large zucchini
- 8 - baby portebello mushrooms
- 1 - bell pepper
- 1 bunch baby carrots, about 15-20
- 6 sticks celery
- 1 small white onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 7 medium tomato
- 1 large russet potatoes
- 4 cups water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 package lipton's onion soup mix
- 1 package star pasta, about 7 oz
How To Make chunky veggie and stars soup

Step 1Melt butter in a large pot.

Step 2Chop all vegetables into large pieces, around 1/2 inch to an inch square.

Step 3Add zucchini and let cook for about 4 minuets.

Step 4Add mushrooms, bell pepper, and carrots and cook for another 3 minuets

Step 5Add the rest of the veggies and cook for about 5 minuets.

Step 6Add water, salt, and soup mix. Bring to a boil.

Step 7Reduce heat and simmer for an hour.

Step 8Bring up to a boil and add stars for about 8 mins.
