chunky tomato and spinach soup
i have to work hard to get my youngest daughter to eat right. but when i make this soup its bottoms up and mom you didn't make enough. so see if you like this, nothing in it but tomatoes and spinach.

Ingredients
- 1 large bag of baby spinach chopped
- 6 large very large tomatos cubed large
- 2 cans 16oz diced tomatos (with garlic)
- 3 cans tomato paste
- 2 cans 16oz tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1/2 teaspoon each of black pepper,sea salt,onion power,garlic powder and ground basil
- 6 -8 cup water
How To Make chunky tomato and spinach soup

Step 1in a large soup pot mix all the above ingredients,starting with the tomatoes, then sauce and paste and water, end with the spinach.

Step 2mix well till the tomato paste is dissolved. and the stock is smooth.

Step 3let simmer for at least a hour and 30mins. serve or can. if you are canning this will fill 6 1 quart jars. place in a boil bath for 30 mins keeping water above lids at all times. set aside and test caps once cooled. lids should have no play.
