a great way to get a veggie in ya have a bowl of soup as a starter to any meal......... that is why i came up with this simple soup...

Ingredients
- 2 large heads cauliflower[or 2 lb bag frozen]
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- - water to cover
- 1 quart milk
How To Make cauliflower soup

Step 1cut cauliflower into bite size flowerettes cook in boilin salted water til fork tender drain but save water

Step 2put cauliflower in blender add some of water it was boiled in blend til smooth[may take 2-3 batches to do all] once smooth put back in pan add garlic and red pepper and milk heat til hot but DO NOT BOIL.....ENJOY!!!!
