semi home made with Campbell's soups as base and also the cream style corn makes a great perfect consistency. no need for flour

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 bunch celery
  • oil
  • chopped carrots
  • 2 teaspoons mccormick garlic and herb
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 chopped cauliflower
  • 1 can campbells cream of cauliflower soup condensed plus 1 can of water
  • 1 can campbells cream of mushroom soup condensed plus 1 can of water
  • 2 cans creamed style corn
  • 1 can french fried onion
  • parmesan cheese

How To Make cauliflower soup

  • Step 1
    chop onion and celery and . place cooking oil in stock pot and begin heating. add onion and celery and stir fry. add chopped carrots and chopped potatoes.
  • Step 2
    while veggies are cooking add garlic and herbs, stir in and cook 1-2 minutes longer
  • Step 3
    add soups with the water and then add corn. bring to slight boil scrapping bottom frequently. Turn down heat and cook till veggies are at desired tenderness.
  • Step 4
    spoon into bowl and cool slightly. top with french fried onions and Parmesan cheese.
