Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 medium parsley root
  • 1/2 medium celery root
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon dill, dried
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

How To Make cauliflower soup

  • Step 1
    The cauliflower cut into small florets. Peel and chop potatoes, carrot and celery.
  • Step 2
    On medium-high bring to boil chicken broth. Add chopped carrot, parsley, celery and potatoes, boil for 10 minutes. Add cauliflower florets, cook for 15-20 minutes. Add dill and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Take ladle and pour into small bowl one ladle of just soup liquid and add 1 tablespoon sour cream, whisk, after when sour cream is combine with soup liquid, slowly adding to the soup and mixing with spoon. Cook for 5 minutes, and serve.
