Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 large carrot
- 1 medium parsley root
- 1/2 medium celery root
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon dill, dried
- pinch black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
How To Make cauliflower soup

Step 1The cauliflower cut into small florets. Peel and chop potatoes, carrot and celery.

Step 2On medium-high bring to boil chicken broth. Add chopped carrot, parsley, celery and potatoes, boil for 10 minutes. Add cauliflower florets, cook for 15-20 minutes. Add dill and pepper.

Step 3Take ladle and pour into small bowl one ladle of just soup liquid and add 1 tablespoon sour cream, whisk, after when sour cream is combine with soup liquid, slowly adding to the soup and mixing with spoon. Cook for 5 minutes, and serve.
