Great on those Chilly Winter Days/Night's for a light Lunch or Supper.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb
    carrots
  • 1
    zucchini
  • 1
    onion (sliced or chopped)
  • 3
    garlic cloves
  • 1
    ginger, (peeled & minced)to taste)
  • cinnamon (to taste)
  • cumin (to taste)
  • onion powder
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 qt
    water

How To Make

  • 1
    Chop Veggies and Simmer with Spices in water until Soft.
  • 2
    Puree in Blender or Food Processor.
