cabbage soup
I was feeling terrible one day and decided soup was the answer. I created this by combining a soup my friend used to make with some of my own ingredients. It is healthy, simple, tasty, and filling.

A family of 4 with plenty of leftovers
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 pound sweet italian sausage
- 1 - head of cabbage
- 1 large onion
- 1 large can of pureed tomatoes
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make cabbage soup

Step 1In a large pot, cook the meat, onion, and cabbage together until the meat is cooked through.

Step 2Add garlic, salt, and tomatoes.

Step 3Cook on low for 30-40 minutes or until the cabbage is soft.

Step 4Serve with fresh grated Parmesan cheese and toasted bread.
