  • 2 sticks fresh raw carrots chopped
  • 1 can sweet pet milk
  • - salt and pepper (to tasta)
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese (cubed)
  • - pepper to tasta
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

How To Make broccolli & carrot cheese soup

  • Step 1
    SHAVE SKIN FROM CARROT AND CHOP.COOK CARROT AND BROCCOLI UNTIL COOK HARD SOFT NOT TO DONE.WHEN FINISH REMOVE AND PUT IN A ICE BATH TO STOP THE COOKING. SET A SIDE.
  • Step 2
    SAUTE ONION IN BUTTER UNTIL SOFT.DON'T DRAIN BUTTER
  • Step 3
    ADD ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS TO CARROT,BROCCOLI,ONION AND COOK ON LOW IN CROCK POT UNTIL CHEESE MELT. SERVER W/CRACKER OR CORN CHIPS.
