- SHAVE SKIN FROM CARROT AND CHOP.COOK CARROT AND BROCCOLI UNTIL COOK HARD SOFT NOT TO DONE.WHEN
FINISH REMOVE AND PUT IN A ICE BATH TO STOP THE COOKING. SET A SIDE. - SAUTE ONION IN BUTTER UNTIL SOFT.DON'T DRAIN BUTTER
- ADD ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS TO CARROT,BROCCOLI,ONION AND COOK ON LOW IN CROCK POT UNTIL CHEESE MELT. SERVER W/CRACKER OR CORN CHIPS.
