    frozen chopped broccolli
  • 2 stick
    fresh raw carrots chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    sweet pet milk
  • ·
    salt and pepper (to tasta)
  • 1 medium
    onion chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cheese (cubed)
  • ·
    pepper to tasta
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine

How to Make Broccolli & carrot cheese soup

Step-by-Step

  1. SHAVE SKIN FROM CARROT AND CHOP.COOK CARROT AND BROCCOLI UNTIL COOK HARD SOFT NOT TO DONE.WHEN
    FINISH REMOVE AND PUT IN A ICE BATH TO STOP THE COOKING. SET A SIDE.
  2. SAUTE ONION IN BUTTER UNTIL SOFT.DON'T DRAIN BUTTER
  3. ADD ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS TO CARROT,BROCCOLI,ONION AND COOK ON LOW IN CROCK POT UNTIL CHEESE MELT. SERVER W/CRACKER OR CORN CHIPS.
