Ingredients
- 12 - red potatoes, small
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 - carrots, chopped
- 1 package chopped broccoli
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1/2 large velveeta cheese
- - milk
How To Make broccoli/potato soup

Step 1Cover potatoes and boil till tender. Add remaining vegetable and simmer 30 minutes. Let cool and process with a food processor. Return to pot. Slice and add the Velveeta cheese and poor milk to consistency of your preference. Seasons of your choice. Top with croutons and Parmesan cheese and enjoy
