Ingredients
- 6 - strips bacon, chopped
- 1 - medium onion, chopped
- 1 - stalk celery, chopped
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 can tomatoes, 15 oz.
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 cup shredded letuce
How To Make blt soup

Step 1Saute bacon, onion and celery in stock pot.

Step 2Add chicken stock, tomatoes and rosemary. Simmer.

Step 3Add lettuce during last few minutes of simmering.

Step 4Enjoy. This is my go to comfort soup.
