Ingredients
- 3 - carrots, chopped
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 quarts low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 can italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 - celery stalks, chopped
- 1-1/2 tablespoon canola oil
How To Make beat the cold soup

Step 1In lg pot, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in onion, garlic, celery and carrots. Cook until onion is soft.

Step 2Stir in chicken broth, salt, pepper and spices. Bring to a boil. Stir in cabbage. Simmer until cabbage is wilted. Stir in tomatoes. Let simmer for 40 mins, stirring occasionally.
