Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 - large red onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 can artichoke quarters
- 2 cans chick peas
- 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 box college inn wine & herb chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup bulgur wheat, uncooked
How To Make artichoke chickpea stew

Step 1In a large soup pot saute first five ingredients in olive oil until lightly browned.

Step 2Add all other ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil.

Step 3Lower heat to "Low" and cook for two hours.
