crushed red pepper

artichoke quarters
2 can(s)
chick peas
1 can(s)
fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 box
college inn wine & herb chicken broth
1 c
1 c
bulgur wheat, uncooked

How to Make Artichoke Chickpea Stew


  • 1In a large soup pot saute first five ingredients in olive oil until lightly browned.
  • 2Add all other ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil.
  • 3Lower heat to "Low" and cook for two hours.
