bay leaves, dried
salt & pepper to taste

How to Make 3 bean Barley Vegetable Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Prepare all vegetables
  • 2Bring water or chicken broth to a boil and add vegetables.
  • 3Rinse beans in cold water and add to pot.
  • 4Add bay leaves and salt if preferred.
  • 5Cook for 1/2 hour then adds barley. Let simmer 2 hours or till veggies aqre tender.
