What a great soup! Ten cloves of garlic may sound like a bit much, but when you roast it the flavor really mellows. In fact, I recommend experimenting and adding roasted garlic to many of your dishes... It just seems to make any dish you put it in taste that much better.

Ingredients

2 cturkey from whatever, deli meat worked for me

5 cwater

1 crice, I used jasmine for the flavor

1 1/2 ccarrots, baby, canned doesn't mattter whatever you have

1 can(s)green beans

3 Tbspvegetable base from better than bouillian

1 tspblack pepper

10 cloveroasted garlic, see note

·salt to taste

2 tspdried basil
How to Make Turkey Rice Roasted Garlic Soup
- Put all items in large pot and cook until rice is done. About an hour on the stove or 4 in crock pot.
