Turkey Noodle Soup is always a favorite at our Thanksgiving meal,using leftover turkey meat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cut-up turkey meat in bitesized pieces
  • 8 cups chicken broth-i use no msg in the box
  • 16 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1-1/2 cup broccoli florets,bite size

How To Make turkey noodle soup

  • Step 1
    In a seperate 2 qt. sauce pan,boil water for pasta. Cook pasta until al dente'.Drain. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a large Stock pot,add 8 cups Chicken Stock on Med-high heat until it comes to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to medium. Add cut up Turkey pieces,carrots,and broccoli. Simmer until veggies are tender Add Salt to taste at this point. Serve & Enjoy!
