Super easy and low in fat! A great diet food!

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    ham
  • 2 qt
    low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can
    carrots
  • 1
    chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c
    uncooked rice
  • 2 c
    water

How To Make

  • 1
    cut ham into cubes. I like to use the jennie-o turkey ham. put into pot on the stove or a crock pot
  • 2
    add rest of the remaining ingredients.(you can add any additional seasonings youd like)
  • 3
    if cooking on the stove bring to a boil then simmer 20 minutes. If using a crock pot cook on high 1-2 hours
