I have been doing weight watchers for about a month this soup is delicious and very low in points. My whole family loves this soup!! It doesn't have to be low fat, you can top with shredded mexican cheese and crushed corn chips!!! Enjoy ;)

Ingredients
- 1 package ground turkey
- 1 - large carton chicken broth
- 1 can drained garbonzo beans or any bean of your choice
- 1 can small drained whole kernel corn
- 1 1/2 cups medium salsa
- 1 can small can chopped green chilis
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Step 1brown the ground turkey in 1 tbsp olive oil, drain excess fat

Step 2add all of the above ingredients and simmer covered for 1/2 hour on low. Serve with white or brown rice you can also garnish with a tablespoon sour cream.
