- 2 - 14 oz cans italian-style stewed tomatoes
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves

Step 1Spray a lg skillet w/ olive oil cooking spary. Place skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage, onion and garlic till fully cooked.

Step 2Add mix to a 6-quart slow-cooker. Add remaining ingredients, except spinach. Cover, cook on high for 2 hrs. Add spinach and cook until spinach is wilted.
