Ingredients
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 46 ounces tomato juice
- 1 1/4 cups chopped carrot
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 3 - vegetable bullion cubes
- 2 teaspoons parsley or italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 2/3 cups macaroni
How To Make unhamburger soup

Step 1In Dutch oven saute onions in olive oil.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients except macaroni. Bring to boil and cook over low heat 30 minutes.

Step 3Stir in macaroni and cook 10 to 20 minutes until tender.
