TO CREATE A THICKER SOUP, BOIL 2 MED. POTATOES IN 2 C. OF THE BROTH USED IN THE RECIPE ABOVE. PUT BROTH AND POTATOES IN BLENDER AND PUREE, ADD TO SOUP.
