  • 3 large leeks
  • 6 large potatoes, medium
  • 2 ounces butter, unsalted
  • 2 liters water
  • 4 cups chicken bouillon

How To Make leek & potato soup

  • Step 1
    Chop leeks and cube potatoes Place in pan with butter. Sweat in butter for 5 minutes, stirring all the time. Add water and stock. Cook for 30 minutes. You can eat chunky or blitz.
