- 3 large leeks
- 6 large potatoes, medium
- 2 ounces butter, unsalted
- 2 liters water
- 4 cups chicken bouillon

Step 1Chop leeks and cube potatoes Place in pan with butter. Sweat in butter for 5 minutes, stirring all the time. Add water and stock. Cook for 30 minutes. You can eat chunky or blitz.
