Kim Chee Soup
How to Make Kim Chee Soup
- Dissolve fish bouillon into one quart of water while heating.
- Cut tofu into 1/2 to 3/4 inch cubes.
- Add kim chee and bring to boil. (In a quart, I would put a couple of cups of kim chee.) Simmer and serve whenever you are ready.
- You can substitute another bouillon or you can use broth.
You can make large quantities of this and simmer and sip all day.
You can also make this in a crock pot, of course.
