How to Make Keith's Favorite Vegetable Soup

  1. Brown ground turkey, drain fat, add the turkey to crock pot. Add all of the chopped vegetables and seasonings. Add the can of tomatoes. I do make a roux for this soup, but you can add or leave it out. I left it out, due to some folks don't like it.
  2. Add at least 4 cups of water, let cook on high for at least 6 hours. I serve this with either cornbread or crackers. Enjoy!
