Ingredients

  • 1 bottle
    low sodium tomato juice
  • 2 stalk(s)
    celery
  • 2
    carrots, chopped
  • 1 bag(s)
    bell peppers chopped
  • 1 c
    frozen peas
  • 1 c
    frozen corn
  • 1 can(s)
    green beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 c
    water
  • ·
    mrs. dash's salt free extra hot seasonings, salt substitute, pepper, and chili powder. all to your taste. you can use as much as you want to your taste.

How to Make Homemade Veggie Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop your peppers, celery, and carrots.
  2. Add your juice and water to the pot.
  3. Add everything else and let it simmer for 3-4 hours.
