low sodium tomato juice
2 stalk(s)
celery

bell peppers chopped

frozen peas
1 c
frozen corn
1 can(s)
green beans, rinsed and drained
2 c
water
mrs. dash's salt free extra hot seasonings, salt substitute, pepper, and chili powder. all to your taste. you can use as much as you want to your taste.

  • 1Chop your peppers, celery, and carrots.
  • 2Add your juice and water to the pot.
  • 3Add everything else and let it simmer for 3-4 hours.
