homemade veggie soup

I'm on a low sodium diet so everything is low sodium to me. You can add more veggies or omit any. Its all up to you. I've done several varieties.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle low sodium tomato juice
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 - carrots, chopped
  • 1 bag bell peppers chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can green beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups water
  • - mrs. dash's salt free extra hot seasonings, salt substitute, pepper, and chili powder. all to your taste. you can use as much as you want to your taste.

How To Make homemade veggie soup

  • Step 1
    Chop your peppers, celery, and carrots.
  • Step 2
    Add your juice and water to the pot.
  • Step 3
    Add everything else and let it simmer for 3-4 hours.
