chicken broth
1 1/2 can(s)
water (after you use chicken broth, fill with water)
1 box
whole white mushrooms (sliced)

large onion chopped
1 clove
garlic (chopped small)
1/2 bag(s)
frozen sweet green peas

large carrots (peeled & chopped small)
2 pinch
both salt and pepper to taste

chick peas

bay leaves, dried

small bunch of fresh basil chopped finely

large zucchini ( sliced and halved)

How to Make Hearty & Spicy mushroom and garlic soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large pot melt butter, lightly browning garlic and onion
  • 2Add carrots, mushrooms, green peas, zucchini and chick peas along with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and basil, mix.
  • 3Add broth, along with water and bay leaves, drop heat to simmer for 25 minutes and enjoy :)
