Ingredients
- 1 can low sodium chicken broth
- 1 can water
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 bag frozen italian style vegetables (or chopped fresh)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - dash of paprika
How To Make easy and quick vegetable soup!

Step 1Heat a medium to large pot over high, add the onions and any other veggies you want to be sautéed

Step 2Sauté for about 3 minutes then add all remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until veggies are tender

Step 3NOTE: you can add any vegetables and seasoning to fit your preference :) this is a VERY low calorie soup! Bonus, use vegetable broth for a completely vegan soup
