I love a hearty soup and chowder, so I made this deliciousness to warm me up on a cold day. This makes a huge pot of soup, so please feel free to cut down the recipe.

  • 1 quart milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups american cheese
  • 4 pounds california blend veggies, frozen
  • 1 pound bacon, thick sliced

How To Make cheesy-veggie bacony goodness chowder

  • Step 1
In a large stockpot, melt butter.
  • Step 2
Add chopped onions and celery, cook until translucent.
  • Step 3
Add flour and stir to coat veggies, cook the flour to remove the raw flavor.
