Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped spinach, cooked
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - egg, well beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 - onion slice
How To Make spinach dumplings

Step 1Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add egg and milk. Roll into thin dough. Cut into 3 or 4 inch squares. Place 1 tablespoon well-seasoned spinach. Fold dough over and pinch edges. Drop dumplings into boiling water and add slice of onion. Cook, covered, for 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
