My family asks for this soup all the time...so much I was making it every other week to keep up with the demand. I hope you try this and enjoy. Freezes well You can cook this on the stove or in a crock pot which ever is easier...

Ingredients
- 1 pound buitoni four cheese tortellini's
- 1 pound hot italian sausage
- 1 pound sweet italian sausage
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach
- 3-4 cans seasoned italian strewed tomatoes
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 + large can chicken broth
- - season to taste
How To Make tortellini soup

Step 1Brown and Drain Sausage, also season with Italian Seasonings and garlic.

Step 2While sausage is browning combine the rest of the ingredients into a pot on the stove or crock pot.

Step 3Add Sausage, season again Cook until finished, I stir a couple of time so the Tortellini's are mixed in well.

Step 4Serve with some bread and salad. Top the soup with some Parmesan cheese (optional) but it taste really good with....enjoy.
